Asana doesn´t load in chrome

Asana doesn´t load. I cleared cache/cookies, restartet computer, tried incognito mode.
It says “Trying to reconnect. Changes will be synced once your connection is restored.Try Now”
Disabled all extensions. Tried different network, also didnt work.

Then I tried firefox and got this message:
"Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem."

What can I do?

You can check https://trust.asana.com, then have a look Twitter if anything is going on and then contact Asana Support - Help Center • Asana

They have been changing some of the URLs. Please do these two things first. Don’t use any saved URLs you may have but key it in https:app.asana.com.
If that doesn’t work, try it in an incognito window since it may be an extension that is “helping” you.

@Bastien_Siebman, was this resolved for you? I need help desperately and I’ve not seen how to. I cannot load Asana at all. After login, it just spins. =( Incognito doesnt work either.

I currently have no problem neither does Asana https://trust.asana.com/

I know that @Marie has a troubleshooting method in this case, @Marie can you help please?

Hi @Marlena_Smith :wave:t3:and thanks for the mention @Bastien_Siebman!

If you’re running into the same issue with an incognito window, it sounds like it might be an issue with your websocket; can you please follow the steps in this guide and let us know what the results are?

Looking forward to your reply!

Hello,
Sites that open normally in other computers, as Asana, Zoom and many others, not opening with Chrome:

  • I’ve reset Chrome settings to original ones.
  • I’ve checked Windows Firewall but it says it’s administered by AVG.
  • I’ve turned off AVG, of no help.
  • On Firefox they open normally
  • As well from a proxy site with Chrome
  • On incognito mode it doesn’t open. What to do?
