Asana reload error - we're working to resolve it ASAP

Some of you may be unable to access Asana due to a reload error. Our team is aware of the issue and we’re working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.

I am no longer getting the reload error but none of my projects or tasks exist anymore (except two which I must have set up when I first started using the program a few years ago since one is called “test2”). Please advise!
