Our company uses Asana to mark up projects step by step. we use board view to complete subjects.
we have involved many persons with one project. Our projects have been built up step-by-step using columns. When assembling team is ready it should have automatic notification for packing team to start packing items. These are long term projects and cannot be done by exact dates.
Is it possible to have automatic notification when one department is ready and next one can start working?
Also is it possible to move project automatically when one is ready with his column.
When I click “done” he receives automatic email that he needs to do next tasks.
Projects are similar
