Would like to understand if there is functionality to send out automated updates to members of the Project Board.
Ideally, would like to have set criteria on when updates should go out. Having an automated function for this would be a time-saving function as well as ensuring that an update always goes out and isn’t forgotten.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Hi @tcox! I would recommend you to have a look at the Zapier integration (Asana Integrations | Connect Your Apps with Zapier); depending on which email provider you’re using, you might be able to trigger an email when some specific actions are taken in Asana!

Thank you for your response! I can definitely look into that because it might be something that we could use. I was more looking for a way to have the updates from the Progress Tab be sent out to the Project Members, is that possible?
