Client Privacy, HIPAA Compliance

Hi, We’re a child caring agency and required to follow HIPAA rules for the clients in our care. Is Asana HIPAA compliant? Are other folks in the healthcare industry using Asana and is it possible to protect client confidentiality?

It would be questionable if Asana itself is, I am not sure but Box and Dropbox are. Whether you could use Asana in a particular way while still having documents in say Box or Dropbox is a worthy question.
