When we upload an image, or link, it should let us to put comments / replies about images / links we uploaded and UI should be sticked together.
The current UI is only allowing us to upload image, put comments, upload link, put comment…

Yes please. When copying & pasting a screenshot the uploaded images are all named “Image”, not even possible to set a name. A caption is needed.

Big +1 on this. It feels extremely unnatural. I’m used to including images right within the text. Now I have to say “See image attached” but that gets extremely confusing as the activity on a task grows.
