Upgraded my team to premium team within the organisations free license, however when I tried to use the dependencies feature in My Tasks, it asks me to upgrade to Premium?
Q: Does upgrading your team to premium within the Organisation not qualify you to use dependencies in My Tasks within my team?
Hey @Carl_Naidoo. Sounds like these tasks aren’t associated to a project which belongs to your Premium Team. Can you please try to add these tasks to a project (How to Complete Task Fields in Asana | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide) belonging to your Premium Team and let me know if you’re able to use dependencies?
Bear in mind that premium features (ie: tasks dependencies) will only be available within your premium team, so if you need them, you should make sure your tasks belong to a project within your Premium Team.
