Disconnecting Server

Hi there, might be the wrong category but I can’t be on Asana for more than a minute before getting booted off due to a disconnecting server.

I’ve tried everything from updated browsers, managing extensions, clearing cache, restarting computer and trying different browsers (happening across IE and Chrome).

Am I missing something? I want to be able to run my team through the tool as think it’s really useful! Please help?
