I’m experiencing a lot of tasks or projects that are planned with nice due dates but are being stopped by different reasons.
It would be nice if the due date could be set to ‘on hold’ as a seperate status. So that the task doesn’t disappear to the bottom of my tasklist (when sorted by due date - my most convenient option).
You could use a Custom Field to hold that type of Status, or use Tags…

another possibility, if you use Instagantt and the tasks are linked as dependent on the blocker task, once you shift the due date of the blocker tasks, all the other tasks are shifted automatically! So you save a lot of time and everything is in sync.
