Help! I am locked out from my account

Yesterday I decided to clean up my Asana as I had two work-platforms I don’t use ever. I selected to remove my account from those. This morning when i try to log in Asana is not recognizing my login. I remember that I originally setup my account using an old email address and then merged the old and new work-platforms together somehow. The problem is I don’t remember my password on the old ID and I no longer have access to emails from that old email so I cant reset my password. I am locked out from all my task which is basically my whole life. I don’t see any way to sent a TT about this problem to the Asana team. What can I do!?
