As many of you know, planning for company holiday events takes months of planning - and our events team is in the thick of it. Asana’s team uses an events planning project that breaks tasks down into time frame. We also use custom fields to separate the type of work, so stakeholders can easily sort by custom fields to view the breakdown of tasks and who is responsible.
