How to add all members at once in a project?

I currently have 15 members in my team (and we’re not using enterprise/organization), is there a quick way to add all members at once instead of having to memorize each of them and input their name?

Great question! It isn’t possible to add all members to a project at once but I can totally see how this could make life easier for you and other Asana users.

I’ve gone ahead and noted your feedback and forwarded it to our Product Team. Hopefully they’ll add this to the road map.

A hacky workaround might be to create a project template and add all 15 team members and copy the template anytime you create a new project. This way the members are added by default. How to Use Asana Project Templates | Product Guide • Asana Product Guide

@Leonarce this was over a year ago, but I created a little tool to do it! Asana Everyone, add every members on a task, project or team

I tried but it shows ’ Your organization contains 0 members:’
