In the past, when we’ve had to change anything like that, we’ve contacted our Customer Success person and they’ve always sorted it out very quickly for us. I’d start there if I were you.

You should be able to re-assign the billing ownership from your own account if you’re currently the billing owner for you Org/Premium Team (How to Upgrade & Manage Billing Options in Asana | Product guide • Asana Product Guide).
