we would to integrate our customers in our task management.
In our current support system it is possible to share comments only with the internal team. Customers (Guests) cannot see these comments. Is it possible to do something similar with Asana, perhaps with Asana Premium?

It’s not possible share comments with only some collaborators of a task, but we do have a recommended solution for this.
We’ll often see teams create an internal and external facing projects and in the internal project will create a task that references the original task using @-mentioning.
