Integration issues with UserSnap

Hi All,
We are having integration issues with Usersnap. We get email from Asana as below. Is this know issue that asana is working on

We couldn’t process your email because it was sent by usersnap.com, but your email domain is 3mhz.com.au.

Please contact your email admin to update your mail server’s email settings.

Subject: Integration Test
User: xxxx@3mhz.com.au
Comment: This example screen shows you if your integration setup is correct.

Same issue is happening with JotForms Create task via email not working (JotForm)

Same issue here as well. Really disappointed that this change was made without any warning whatsoever.
