In order to drive usage in a team create a dummy demo that instructs you to add team members etc and begins conversations around a generic topic, this then activates activities and actions amongst the team to input and respond so everyone can drive around the functions and get used to it.

Sample data sets would be great too. Ones that include fully populated Teams, Projects, Conversations, Tasks of all variants. So you can clearly see how your Asana org will look like after adoption of the platform. The sample data can really speeds up the evaluation and decision process.
