Other (not so awesome) task management apps, like Nozbe, have introduced the use of metadata to make the process of creating new tasks easier. This is primarily helpful when creating tasks from mobile devices (specifically phones) where a single pane for task creation isn’t present. @Paul_Mayer suggested similar type of behavior in one of his posts so I would like to further the discussion from Get help from an Artificial Intelligence to manage your projects/tasks:
