Links pasted from SharePoint/OneDrive are incorrectly interpreted

OneDrive for business (on Windows) lets a user right click on a file and select “Share.” This pops up a dialog that gives a “sharing link.” The syntax of this URL is confusing Asana such that Asana mangles the link and makes it unusable.

Typical syntax looks like:

https://htcazurehtc.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/Work_Group/EYyiEZOcXmdHgCXpHvGAZBwBpS-dwx_OIUVzUpIeo9BbWg?e=sUxh1o

The :b and :s are interpreted as emoji making the link not work.

Similar issue for me with :x: showing up as :x: in the middle of my URLs. I was able to fix it by deleting the emoji and typing the :x: back in. For some reason it wouldn’t re-occur after re-typing it after the paste.

Oddly, however, now I can’t cause the problem to reoccur.
