Hi, pmilam. If you want to cancel, you’ll need to contact Asana Support. You can send them a message through the Support portal here: https://asana.com/support/. Scroll down and select the “Email us” button.
how do I cancel a paid subscription?
can’t send the email, it keeps giving errors as I submit it.
can Asana provide us an external email, chat or phone support. Anything, any support it would be great!!!

Hi @Alexis, I can’t find the email button and the contact form also links to the general landing page. Could you stop our trial account and make sure we will not get billed when our plan was supposed to start? Thank you!
Hi @Myrthe_Berkman Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can’t cancel your trial via the community; that said our support team will be able to help and set it up to cancel at renewal so you can use your trial until it ends, while making sure you’re not charged afterward. You should be able to reach out to the Team following these steps:
- Access asana.com/support
- Select “I’m having trouble with…”
- Scroll down and click on “Let’s talk”
