Not able to see the Project I created

Accidentally made the project Private and then revoked my access on the project ( ideally, owner access should not get removed). I am the owner of the Project but the team is owned by someone else. The team owner is not able to see that Project as well. How do I restore the Project ?

Please include the name of the project and the Workspace or Organization in which the project lives.
