Not Receiving Invitation Email

My email address (not this account) has been added to a team yet I haven’t gotten a notification email nor can I sign up with that email.

The invite has been resent over and over without it being received in the email. It is not in spam or junk mail.

When I try to sign up, it says the account is already in use.

Did you try to do a “password lost” protocol?

Yes, still no email.

Contact the support then.
Go to Asana Support - Help Center • Asana, into “Having Trouble With” and then below you will find a “Still can’t find an answer” button.
