It can be easy to reference a specific line in a project when reviewing a list of items with a group. In Asana, you can add task row numbers in your Profile Settings so you can easily count up the list of items or refer to a specific line if you are looking at the screen together in a group. And you can still multi-select rows and you get the count displayed on the right
