Communicating updates can go a long way in keeping everyone informed and on the same page. Try updating tasks with comments as you make progress, change plans, or adjust the due date to keep your stakeholders (as collaborators) informed.

I do this even if I’m the only one of the task, in case anyone ever looks at it. Feels sometimes like I’m talking to myself, but has definitely been a good practice! =)
