Possible to limit what certain members see? eg, they can only see their own tasks but not the tasks of other members within the SAME project?

Hi! Would like to enquire about a function in Asana
are we able to limit what certain members see - eg, they can only see their own tasks but not the tasks of other members within the same project?

Yes! Read about project permissions here:

Thanks for this:) However, in the article, i see that “Asana Tip: If somebody has access to a project, then they have access to all tasks and conversations within that project.” Doesnt this mean that all members can see each others tasks?

That is correct! There isn’t a way to limit the visibility of tasks within a project. If a user is a part of a private project or part of a team in which a public project resides, they can see all the tasks.

One workaround (that has its drawbacks) would be to make users followers of tasks within a private project that they aren’t a member of. The primary drawback is they can only see what they are a follower of so they lose visibility of the overall structure of the tasks.
