Price increase per user above 15 users

Hi,

As a company we are currently paying $7.50 per user per month for 10 users. We recently considered purchasing more seats but were alarmed to find that if we purchased 20+ seats that our price would increase from $7.50 per user per month to $11.99 per user per month.

If anything would an increase in users not reduce the cost instead of actually increasing it by nearly 60%?

Great to here that you want to offer Asana to more employees.
I know this can be confusing, but actually the $12 is the normal price and teams with 15 users or less get a discount because normally smaller teams/companies have lesse money.

Moreover, if you pay annually, you only pay $10 instead of $12.
