Priority at a project level

I have been using Asana to manage projects for my team for a few months now (and we’re still getting up to speed). One important item that I feel is really lacking is the ability to manage priority at a project level for my overall team. I know I can use the custom field to set priority at a task level but this does not help me manage my portfolio. I’ve seen others on here requesting similar functionality. Why hasn’t it become a feature?

Bump - a 4 year old request that we, too, would love to see. Seems trivial to add? What say you powers that be at Asana?

HI, I agree. To discuss, update and set up priorities it’s part of the team work as well as key action for time management/ effectivenes. ASANA should have such option, no doubts.
So, we are waiting for this “inovation”, asap.
