I want to see workload on resources but i cant find it. Also, is there any alert or something when overload (task) resource.

I am not a native English speaker so I think I am missing the point here. What do you call workload and overload? Are you refering to time spent?

yes you can also say time spent. Because i don’t want to assign new tasks more than their working hours.
You use custom fields or tags to store the information, but if you want actual time spent on a task, have a look at the timing app on Asana Apps and Integrations • Asana
