Team Member Removal Error

I need help!

I have a workspace where some team members keep getting emails that they’ve been removed, even when they haven’t. They are blocked out, even when their contact info shows up in the Members section of the workspace settings.

I’ve tried removing them, then inviting them again. But they accept the invite, and then get the same email again.

Please help!
