@Jason_Wang I used this with 4 workspaces and LOVE it. This is EXACTLY what I needed. I updated it repacked it for PERSONAL use with my own images and a motivational statement. It is AMAZING. Thank you!
I would love to know how to make it only show TODAYâs tasks, instead of all upcoming. Any help with tweaking your extension would be SO appreciated.

Hi @Miss_AnniKa - great to hear that itâs serving you well! I definitely need to add a feedback and bug reporting interface too. With regards to your question, I havenât actually imported any due_date labels (Iâm currently working on it), but if youâd like to contribute Iâd be totally down! Iâll try to write up some documentation later but please let me know if you need any help with the HTTP requests or general Javascript backend in the meantime!!!
This seems to be a regular issue being raised by the community.
It would be great to see development take these types of things on a create a unified task and project management system for people.
The power of multiple workspaces and teams is clouded by an individual not being able to plan and attack there day, week and month efficiently cause they donât have one viewâŠ
I worked across marketing, operations and a number of committees. Workspaces for each which makes it a challenge to prioritise.

TOTALLY agreed! I find myself recreating tasks in one space just so I can see everything at once. It would be a MUCH APPRECIATED time saver if @asana would incorporate that feature across organizations and workspaces.

After five years using Asana, I left to use Wrike (at a significantly higher cost) because of its single streamview across workspaces. Iâd love to come back to Asana if this feature was incorporated.

I agree with this thread managing work / tasks across multiple workspaces is vitalâŠ
I run and work on multiple projects across multiple divisions, plus also use asana for personal tasks.
Surely an extension to the User Profile In the system, a customisation which allows for the user to see what is happening related to everything they are involved with in Asana just makes sense.
The biggest issue is distilling todayâs work across the workspacesâŠ
Iâm currently putting an organisational business case together for expanded use and this is one of the downfallsâŠ

Tried all workarounds/suggestions but theyâre no good really. I found with Taco I am using Taco but also using Asana for Asana features. not good.
The linked tasks mean you canât sort them into a list of others to prioritise/tag etc.
We are a development organisation that do work for other organisations. I told them to all get Asana accounts and invite us in. Thatâs not working as we miss tasks and deadlines on the other organisations and our customers blame Asana. So we may try to have all our customers organisations as Teams within our own organisation so they can assign us tasks and we can see them all across all organisations. I wont pay for their users though so I would not upgrade if their users count as paid users.
But if Asana offered this in the upgrade option, theyâd have 4 organisations I work for all upgrade and pay. Instead weâre all sticking to the free account until such features are introduced.
This is definitely a needed feature. I am a business coach and I sign my clients up with Asana. Iâm now apart of several workspaces and have tasks across them all. I definitely would want a home dashboard that puts all of my tasks across all workspaces together.

Guys I have to say I pretty smitten with an app called PomoDoneApp
It allows you to:

See all your tasks from multiple workspaces/ project management tools in one place

You can complete tasks in real-time from the pomodoneapp platform

It automatically tracks your time and creates a time log for each task

It was voted one of the top productivity tools and is based on the Pomodoro time-blocking method. Its standard encourages 25 min focus blocks/ sprints with a 5 min break and repeat but you can add your own time block focus blocks/ breaks in as well.

You can install the chrome extension and use it to temporarily block other apps and websites during a scheduled focus block which might distract you.
So not only does this seamlessly bring all your tasks into one place but it helps you to be far more productive as well. Enjoy!
Oh and by the way - I emailed them and asked if I can have a free trial including Asana and they sent me a link right away for a 1 week free trial. Normally the free trial only includes a few of the project management tools and Asana is not one of them. By the way the integration with Asana, and any of their other partners, are native so no need to even mess around with Zapier:

Yes, this is badly needed. I just started with Asana and Iâm shocked this feature doesnât exist.

+1 for this feature from me as well. I am a college student right now and I have been using my organizations teams to manage my projects but would prefer to keep things in their own workspace (i.e. my personal projects vs. my research projects etc.) and would really love a global view of tasks. Its the only reason I still use Todoist over Asana because of the global view I have in Todoist.

Me too! I have to state out that it is ridiculous that it is not possible to see ALL my tasks over ALL workspaces/companies. The worst usability of all time. I wonder if your developers or product managers ever worked in different workspaces?
Well, even worse is that I did not find any possibility to migrate different workspaces/companies! So, if you want a full todo-list, you cannot easy work with companies/workspaces. This is not thought to the end. Remember Asana should be a todo-manager â but how many sense makes an incomplete todo list? Right, no sense at all. This is really the biggest malfunction of the whole solution (otherwise, I like it and managed big projects with it).
