I use an Asana project for a ticketing/feedback system where I paste information from an external source. I have many custom fields to organize the ticket and I have a custom field called “Reporter” where I type the name of the person in the org. I’d like to be able to @mention them but I find I can do so in the comments, description or by adding them as a collaborator in the bottom of the task page. I don’t want to do any of that since I want to follow the order of my custom fields, which I’ve set up to reflect the external ticketing system.
Is there a pending request to have Custom Fields be a supported field for @mention?
