Hey there,
it would be awesome to have the possibility to set a automatic workflow for a board/project whenever a task is added.
So when a task is added to project A, I’d like that task to be assigned to a second project B of my choice.

There is no capability within Asana to do this.
My Flowsana integration will do it easily, however 
using its If-Then Rule feature - you would just create a rule like this for Project A, where “Team Production” represents your Project B:
