Currently, if I reply to a conversation via email, some formatting is lost. Example: I just included a bulleted list in a reply (in gmail) and the resulting comment in Asana is lacking the bullets. And a blank line between the list and the next paragraph was removed.
I haven’t delved further into what formatting may be retained or not.
This makes me have to think twice before replying via email, if I’m not sure how the result will look to the people I’m conversing with. Furthermore, I can’t know how it’ll render until I send it.
I understand that various format may be difficult to parse, but it would be great if Asana could attempt to parse and retain the most commonly-used ones, like lists, bold, underline, etc.
