A task cant be assigned to just one team member, so how can we see a common task like meetings in calendar view to all members and at the same time to get mobile notifications alert to all team members devices like an assigned task.

If you are still using email notifications then you can create an email address that is an alias for all team members, and create a user with this address. Any activity about this user will be pushed to the mailing list. (copyright Unito for this trick
