Food for thought: decision fatigue at work

Happy Friday, everyone! I was cruising around Wavelength and found an article that resonated with me. I think it might resonate with you, too! It was written by Asana’s co-founder, Dustin Moskovitz and it is called, “Just pick something! (avoiding decision fatigue at work).” I find myself talking about decision fatigue a lot because I struggle with it a lot! Everything from “Which task do I do first?” to “What should I eat for dinner?”

The most valuable takeaway I have from this article is, “When two options have similar expected values, don’t sweat them, because it doesn’t matter which you choose” and the chart that proceeds this quote (below).
