How do I quickly zoom in to tasks with the latest activity within a project?

Hi, I have always struggled with this.

When I go into a project with a long list of tasks, how do I quickly zoom in on tasks that have the latest comments taking place? Is there a best practice to keep track of the latest comments within tasks of a project?

Great question, @Jereme. The easiest way to do this would be through an Advanced Search for tasks and using the criteria “Project = [PROJECT NAME]” and then sort the results by “Modified Time”.

You could add an additional filter for recent modifications by going to “Add Filter” > “Date” > “Modified Date = past 7 days” to filter the list down a bit more.
