I love going through my dashboard and quickly scroll through the columns and the underlaying tasks, and align with my teams. However there is no way to know if a team member has added a comment to a task unless you click on a task scroll to the bottom and see if anyone has a added a new comment. I know you can go to the inbox. But I believe it will be a lot more intuitive if there is a small indicator on the task that lights up when a team member adds or edits a comment.
I love Asana and its has truly improved the way my teams and I work together. Im currently running three projects on Asana, as I prefer using the dashboard I end up constantly going through the dashboard scrolling between columns and tasks. I believe adding this feature will allow your users to quickly recognize new comments and updates by teams members and respond much faster.
