I’m trying to add new team members but it’s giving them grief. They are clicking sign up, entering their email address for our organization and then it’s sending them an email to verify. They do that and then it takes them to the login screen where they need to enter their email address and password. The problem is, they haven’t set a password yet so they can’t login.
I’ve tried going the other route and I’ve invited them to the team. They get the invite and they click it, it takes them to the login screen and we have the same problem re: the passwords.
No where can I find how to get around this or something to explain what step we’re missing. PLEASE HELP!
